1- Installation Services


Full installation service for any power products like

Power distribution transformers
Bus Ducts and Bus Ties.
Cables and Cable trays.
Low Voltage Distribution Panels.

The installation service includes the following activities

Removal of the old panels (if any).
Site preparation supervision .
Installation and erection of the new equipment.

2- Retrofit Services

The retrofit Service is the replacement of the old ABB and Non-ABB equipment with the new updated parts and equipment, these services are mainly focusing on:
Medium Voltage Circuit Breakers.
Medium Voltage Switchgear panels.
Low Voltage circuit breakers.

The retrofit service activities include the following:-

Site Survey and inspection of the old equipment
Design of the new equipment
Manufacturing of the new parts
Installation, testing and commissioning

3- Corrective Services

The corrective services are applied to the following equipment:
Medium Voltage Switchgear
Power distribution transformers
Bus Ducts and Bus Junctions
Cables and Terminations
Low Voltage Distribution Panels

The corrective service includes the following activities:
Identification of the faulty / damaged parts
Preparing the spares list
Prepare the required tools and personnel
Mobilize the staff to the site
Repair the faulty parts and equipment
Testing the system after repair
Put the system into operation

4- Medium Voltage Circuit Breaker

The service activity for the circuit breaker includes the following:-
Circuit breaker opening and closing timing measurements and The synchronization of the three poles of the breakers
Circuit breaker contact resistance measurements
Maintenance of the breaker mechanism to get the proper timing
Maintenance of the breaker contacts for the proper resistance
Breaker carriage maintenance for proper positioning
Maintenance of the breaker connection with the bus-bar
